Ginny Kopf is well known in Florida as a vocal trainer to singers, actors, business professionals and media personalities. For 20 years she has given private lessons and taught courses on Voice, Diction, Dialects, Accent Reduction, and Professional Image at L.A. Acting Studio, UCF, and Valencia Community College. She began her long association with Walt Disney World in 1988 designing speech and dialect training program courses for Disney-MGM Studios’ tour guides, MCs and performers. Today she includes among her clients Disney, Universal Studios, Nickelodeon Studios, and numerous theatres and corporations, locally and nationally including N.A.S.A., General Mills, American Schools Corporation, Cleveland Playhouse and numerous high school drama departments as well as many nationally placed TV and radio announcers, actors, singers, and newscasters. She has a Masters Degree in Theatre Voice from San Diego State and an MFA in Vocal Science for the University of Florida. To date, she helps thousands of students with her popular textbook, The Dialect Handbook and provides vocal help wit her CD series, Accent Reduction Workshop.
